Massimo Vignelli
When I took ARGD3070 History of Graphic Design, one of our projects was to find a figure in Graphic Design History, research them, and then create a presentation about them, explaining their style and why we found them inspirational. We then had to design a poster and presentation in the style of this designer and present our research in a way that was both understandable and visually appealing.

For this project, I chose to research Massimo Vignelli, the man who revolutionized the New York City Subway System by creating the new, simple maps we all know and love. I am very passionate about simple yet functional design, and I was absolutely astounded by the way that he communicates so much by using so little. This project was amazing, and I am glad I got to learn more about this great artist.
Presentation
This presentation was the actual project that I turned in for a grade. Not only did I have to do extensive research in order to create this presentation, I also had to format all of the slides in Indesign and then make them into slide format.
